“Mariam’s teaching style is simply unparalleled and her energy is unmatched - she can put a smile on anyone’s face and get them motivated to move their body, no matter what. She makes you feel comfortable in your own skin and feeling your best - mentally and physically. She is so creative with her approach, and her workouts feel like fun rather than something to dread. She is tough, though - don’t be fooled! Her classes will get you feeling strong and reaping the benefits of a good sweat - I notice an immediate improvement in my muscle tone, core strength, and my overall energy levels when I take her classes. “I started taking Mariam’s classes in 2017 to lose weight after giving birth to my second child. Mariam is an amazing teacher. She is knowledgeable about health and fitness. I have so much fun in her classes and always break a good sweat. I have taken other Zumba classes from other places, but it’s not the same as with Mariam. At other places, you just follow the steps and the instructor, but Mariam makes you dance and lose yourself in the music, while feeling confident and sexy in your body movements. Her belly dancing skills are also a plus and she makes sure you get a good core workout. I took Mariam’s classes every chance I got and lost the baby weight quickly. 3 years later, I’m still taking her classes. Her classes/instruction has become part of my fitness lifestyle.”

Mariam is an amazing instructor. Her teaching methods are encouraging, and her classes are challenging.
