what’s included:
4 nights/5 days accommodations at a private villa (rooms will be double or single occupancy and one room with space for up to three guests)
Transportation from airport to retreat site and from retreat site to airport
Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by an onsite private chef
A minimum of 2 fitness/yoga/movement classes per day led by professional instructors, which may include: Yoga, Meditation, Barre, Pilates, Cardio Dance, or Belly dance.
Props for the fitness classes will be provided; Bala bands will be sent to attendees prior to the retreat (if they do not already have them).
